E-mail has stated that I owe $809.00 on a Loan from ACS and that if they take me to Court, if I do not contact them to resolve this debt within 48 hours from the date of the e-mail then they will have the reight to contact the FBI, FTC, my employer and bank about fraud.
If it goes to Court then I will be responsable for $4271.15 excluding Loan Amount, Attorny's Fees and Interest Charges.
The only payment they will accept is through a Money Pak, since they do not accept Visa/Mastercard (due to their insecure Payment Gateway.
