Advanced Apartment Movers Don't Use This Company Spring Texas
Hired this company to load my furniture in Spring,TX and was told since they were state wide and had a company in Midland,TX, I could use them there but I had to pay upfront. Silly me, I did. Got to Midland,TX, and the apartment complex I was moving into didn't have my apt. ready till the next day. Make a long story short, the mover, notice I said mover, not movers....showed up wearing dress slacks, white shirt and a tie and I asked to reschedule, he said no, I asked for refund, he said no. I called Spring,TX company (whom I paid) and was told no, no, no. I unloaded myself the next day only to find so so many pieces broke, gashed, etc and so I call the company and basically was told 'So?' Please, don't use this company and if you do, be smarter then I and use a credit card. Maybe your card company and step in for you when things malfunction. It would have been nice to be told upfront that there are no refunds or replacement of damaged goods. I was to trusting, after all they do talk a good talk on the phone.
