Advanced Dermatology Levitt Medical Association Scam of amount owed since 2007 - no such record! Orlando, FL Nationwide

I called a dermatologist office in my area of Clearwater, FL who was connected with Leavitt Medical Assoc. and Advanced Dematology & Cosmetic Surgery - a regional office in Orlando, FL. They said that they could not take me as a patient because there was an amount owing from a long time ago. I pulled my credit report and the only item showing was an item from Advanced Dermatology for $138.00. When I called Advanced Dermatology office in Orlando, FL, they said that it was an amount of $173.00 from a visit in January 23, 2007.
I informed them that I did not owe any such amount that my insurance paid for my office visit and there were no remaining amounts showed at that time. I made a call to Optimum Healthcare who listed those medical dermatologists and they are conducting an investigation into the matter. I am also filing a formal complaint with the State of Florida regarding their scam!
If I am a victim of a transaction that occurred outside the Statute of Limitations and Statute of Frauds, (State of Florida limits any claims up to four years under Florida Statutes and the Federal limitations is seven years) then this company must also be scamming other people in the same manner!! This needs to be investigated!
