It was the manager that treated us so awful. I explained to her at the time he was under a doctor's care. Again, the manager did not care. She was rude beyond belief. Your entire staff was unprofessional and rude. I had actually forgotten about the entire event until I was reminded and I will once again tell everyone how we were treated at your business. You should be ashamed of your staff's behavior. It is way too late for an apology. The fact that you are still in business is amazing. Shame on you for the way you run your company and allow customers to be treated.

I was just informed of your complaint on October 30, 2013. I am very sorry you had a bad experience with our school. We do our best to insure everyones experience is excellent. Everything you mention is a concern for us as it's not how we conduct business. If a client receives less than 25 minutes on a half our session, they should receive a refund. Our student rate is $20 for a half hour not $40.
If your son was sore from physical therapy elsewhere we could have helped him and you would not have had to cancel. We do have a late cancellation policy in which the fee of $20 goes to the student for their time that was made unavailable to others by your scheduled appointment.
Two half hour sessions should have cost you $40 total. I do not understand why you paid $80. Something sounds incorrect with the situation. If you would like to discuss this matter please contact the owners and we will make this right.
