Mr. Rodriguez,
After reviewing your order it seems as though we did not receive the item you were attempting to return to our warehouse. We are on the second floor of the business so we do ask for the tracking number in case the package was left with the business below us.
If you can please provide me with the UPS, FedEx or USPS tracking number I will gladly be able to track the package for you. Once we have verified where the package is we can move forward with your refund.
