ADVANCED LAMPS ROB GAUL PURCHASING DIRECTOR DISHONEST - MR. ROB GAUL - PURCHASING DIRECTOR Hamden, Connecticut
After I find out that the item: 1 of InFocus Projector Lamp Bulb that Advance Lamps sold me was defective, I fallowed the instructions from Mr. Rob Gaul , Purchasing Director of Advance Lamps , to return it in order to be replaced. Mr. Gaul instructions is dated September 28/2011, since then I am trying to get the replace for the Lamp or the refund payment. They ignore all my efforts to get this matter resolved.
