About 4 years ago I went for this scam. This is my first house and I didn't know any better. The company presented all kinds of testimonials, gave me what I thought was a deal, and I thought everything was fine. The first couple of weeks after installing my roof, I noticed a loud bag on the other side of my house when the wind hit. I called the company and got the answering machine. No calls back, so I left emails on the site I used to contact them to begin with, no response. I tried for a month and by that time the website had disappeared and the phone was disconnected. It is now 4 years later and my roof still bangs when the wind hits, and I now have a hole in my bedroom ceiling from water damage that keeps getting bigger and bigger. My credit is shot because they over charged me by 400% and I'm about to be out another $500 for my insurance deductible to fix everything. I'm a single mom, retired from the Army and on disability now, these people are despicable. I have tried to contact the BBB, the attorney general's office and a lawyer but since they can't find these people, I have had no success.
