Another discouraging turn from a repest offender of debt collection. This time, the company chose to initiate a suit with ZERO contact, won the suit in an unquestioning court, and brought the judgment to my employer. The Writ of Garnishment on Judgment says nothing about an original debtor (if there is one), does not chronicle any attempts to contact me, and outside of the knowledge that the alleged $680.88 balloons to $1021.88 after their charges. I am not going to take these fradulent practices without a peep anymore. This company is rife with complaints nationally and in this region. Mississippi seems to flourish with debt recovery companies like Advanced Recovery System, Inc plunderinng the funds of the citizens of their state. Give me a solution as the Attorney General's page provides more cover for the creditor than the consumer. Thank you in advance.
