Advanced Roofing & Interiors P & K Interiors Built a deck full of problems and won't come out and fix them. McDonough Georgia
We signed a contract with Advanced Roofing and Interiors to build a deck for us. Jaime Wombles who is one of the brothers in the family-owned business came out with a crew and did the deck work. The work started in October of 2019 and today my deck is not up to code with the deck being unstable with shaky railings and missing boards.
The deck looked like something I could have done and I have absolutely no skills. I contacted members of this family-owned business yet not one member cared about the problems with my deck. I was told that Jaime Wombles and his brother Thomas had a falling out and Jaime went and started another business called P & K Interiors.
After many calls trying to get Jaime to come and address my concerns he never came. He sent K.J out to drill some screws in the deck but it did not fix the problem. I have called and appointments have been made yet to this day, not one appointment made with Jaime Wombles have materialized the most recent being January 9th, 2020 at 9 am and it was a no-call no show.
After pleading for Jaime to address my concerns I became frustrated and asked for half of my money back so that I could get a reputable company to finish my deck. Now I call and they hang up the phone, I leave voice messages which are ignored and not returned.
I have been extremely nice and accepting but this company seems not to care about its reputation I am a senior in Henry County and I am not going away I cannot afford to let dirty contractors who I trusted take my money. I intend to let all of Atlanta know not to do business with these companies as they are family operated and they are one and the same.
For any consumer reading, this and you have a third of a brain DO NOT think about doing business with either of these businesses. I paid what was asked of me and no one had to chase me down for the money but here I am chasing them to do what they were paid to do.
If I can say anything it would be that they surely chose the right mascot for their company. A pig that represents the type of work they do. Shabby and horrid. You should know that one dissatisfied customer is one too many. "You will reap what you sow"

Mistaken report against Advanced Roofing & Interiors

To all consumers a mistake was made in naming Advanced Roofing and Interiors in this report. The owner Thomas called me and explained to me that he was not aware that a deck was built by his company. I informed him of the contract with his company's name that I signed. He told me that Paul Jaime Wombles has been doing work and using his company's name.
Jaime has cost Advanced Roofing lots of money by fraudulently doing sub standard work and leaving jobs undone. Advanced has had to redo the work of customers affected by this fraudulent activity, not to mention that the customer paid Jaime and not Advanced. Therefore, Thomas has had to absorb these losses of revenue and pay out of his pocket to satisfy the customer.
After speaking to Thomas and getting my problems addressed, I am pleased to report that this is a caring and top notch businessman. He apologized over and over and was happy to make things right for me at no extra cost. He has an A+ rating with BBB and he is highly respected in our community.
I am deeply sorry for having mentioned Advanced Roofing & Interiors name in this report but I didn't know that I wasn't doing business with his company. This company has gained my respect and will be my go-to for all my home repairs. The initial report should have been about Paul Jaime Wombles and P & K Interiors only. I am the original submitter of the complaint.
