advanced medical billing scam rip-off
cheryl dugas of mansfield tx sells medical billing business opportunities without being properly registered with the state of texas. she sells these so called opportunities under the names advanced medical management and advanced systems. she is a money hungry, unethical and immoral con artist who will scam young and old, single mothers and handicapped individuals without blinking an eye. after much time and effort to start a medical billing home based business i have found that there just is not a market for it. however this con artist will tell you that you can grow as large in your company as you want to. the FTC also states that there is not a market for start up companies in medical billing. the competition between well established and large companies is fierce. i have reported this con artist to all the proper authorities. she has responded with a letter from her lawyer which is full of lies in every sentence. she has refused to mediate with the attorney generals office and the BBB even though they say this case is a candidate for mediation because she is not following the laws of texas. my next step is small claims court which i have already filed on and am now waiting for a court date. do not give up if you have been scammed. report them to every agency who will listen. if i win this court case i will contact a consumer reporter in the area to see if they are interested in reporting this scam on a consumer watch segment of the local news. criminals will lie to you and lie to the law and under oath. they have nerves of steel so you must go the extra mile to hang in there and fight for whats right. Beware of medical billing scams!!!
