advanced Tech. Support Charged me $ 400.00 for this service to work on my computer plus a charge of $ 14.99 per month for lifetime! They worked on my computer several times and of those several times they could not help me ! They have a law suit on them right now ! And like all people that was ripped off I want a refund plus the $ 14.99 per month that I have paid for several months Flordia
Dear Sirs:
I purchased this advanced Tech Support on line thinking it was legit ! The price was $ 300.00 then they added another $ 100.00 can't excately tell you what for plus $ 14.99 per month for life time services !!
Well, I called this morning 11/24/2014 and a law suit popped up saying it was a scam and to file a report on them !
So, here I am reporting like I know many people have !
I want a refund of $ 400.00 total for services and refund for the 3 months I have had the service !
