Advanced Transmission Gary Kaiser STOLE & BROKE MY CAR Phoenix, Arizona
My husband was quoted a price of $380 and free towing over the phone by Greg Kaiser, the owner. He told Greg that the car needed transmission fluid and was un-driveable. Naturally, Greg immediately took the car out for a drive, then called and yelled on the phone at us when the transmission seized and left him stranded!
He then proceeded to list off all the NEW work that needed to be done since he broke the car. My husband said that we could not do all that, and asked him AGAIN to fix the original leak. He yelled, cussed him out, & hung up on him on numerous occasions when asked to fix the leak.
One week later, we get a letter saying that my car has been impounded and will have to pay $500 cash to get it back....broken.
After having to pay the $500, I went in and asked to speak to the owner. Greg Kaiser came out to the street yelling that I don't own him and he doesn't have to talk to me! Wth?! I'm convinced this man is mentally unstable, as well as being a liar and a crook! And worse yet, I have no car for my family and and out $500 for absolutely nothing.
