Advanta Bank Corp Huge interest rate increase from 7.99% to over 30% after 6 months while being making payments in a timely fashion. Salt Lake City Utah
This company not only uses deceptive advertisement but has absolutely no interest in good customer relationship. I stopped using my card as soon as I received the notice that it would increase on September 2, 2008 because this would constitute my acceptance of the new terms. Well guess what, they still up my interest rate and charged me according to the new rate. I Filed with the FDIC. Please also report this RIP-OFF to FDIC (Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation) It is also your your duty to report this FDIC as well. Please do it! Advanta Bank is regulated by FDIC (Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation). Dennis Alter should be jailed for this crime.
