I ordered a fantastic fan upgrade kit from adventure RV, thay say it will fit all fantastic fans.  I get the fan from them and it don't fit so i send it back to them after i call them for a return no#  They tell me they don't have the fan i want, so i tell them to return my money. well they shorted me $ 32.70


I think this is a ripoff.

The team at Adventure RV are committed to providing our customers with the best customer service possible.  We apologize that you were not taken care of with your purchase.  We are on of the largest parts suppliers in the country with over 17,000 parts in stock.  Our buying volume power is what enables us to be able to offer such low prices to our customers.  In the event that you are not satisfied with your item, our return policy is on our website where your order was placed.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, If you are not pleased with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for a refund subject to the guidelines listed below. Please use the Contact Us link on the bottom left in the information box of each page on our website www.AdventureRV.net to request return authorization.  Due to our low pricing strategies, we deem it necessary to maintain our return policy guidelines.

The following are our Return Policy guidelines:

All returns must be done within 30 days from date of purchase and must have Return Authorization Number (RMA) clearly marked on package and must ship to our TN warehouse at 2910 Newport Highway, Sevierville, TN 37876 unless otherwise instructed. Items returned are subject to a 15% restocking fee unless defective. Defective items will be either repaired or replaced at our discretion. No returns of Appliances, Electrical, LP or Special Order items. No returns of items that show signs of wear, installation, or use. Shipping charges are not refunded. Vehicle & hitch application specific items are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Once you submit your order it is processed and fullfilled via an automated system which begins immediately upon checkout, therefore changes and cancellations after checkout cannot be made. Any special requests or exceptions, if granted are subject to a 5%-25% ($5.00 min.) administrative fee. Returns will not be accepted without RMA number. Items refused at delivery will be subject to a 20% restocking fee as well as shipping charges both ways. Items returned to us which are deemed un-returnable, will be returned to the customer at the customers expense. Certain restrictions apply. This policy effective 10/11/2010.
