Aetna Health Insurance Predatory Billing Practices Nationwide
Aetna has not amended my out-of-pocket expenses which is causing the facility at which I had my surgery, Texas Institute for Surgery to over-bill me. After repeated calls to Aetna, the last call which was a one and a half conference call between Aetna, Texas Institute for Surgery, and my doctor's office, Aetna still has not amended my out-of-pocket expenses for a procedure which took place last year in Oct. Even though, last time the representative acknowledged the discrepancy, it is now Feb 10, 2015 and STILL, they refuse to do what is right. Aetna is has taken advantage of me, their customer and has put me in a financial bind, which will affect my credit directly! Aetna is predatory company which needs to be castigated by officials of the government for their despicable practices to those who can least afford to pay such a high premium.
