Aetna Not paying claims EL Paso Texas
I have had Aetna ins. for a little over 3 years,for the last almost 2 years I have been on dialysis. The first year Aetna paid my claims, now in the second year they have not paid and now I owe 25,000.00 in back treatment charges. My wife and I have talked to several people at Aetna and each has a different answer and a lot of them have been very rude, I was a policer officer for 31 years and was never been treated that rudelyby anyone. I'm posting this just so people will know if you get sick and you have Atena they will let you down.
