1.) no one can supersede an RX, you know this but call customer service at 888-212-5621 and make them create an alert comment on your account that all meds must be a 90 day supply per your request or you do not want them filled or that they must call you. (they have to do that!!!!) 2.) the person you spoke with gave you a fake id all id's start with an "A" 3.) you need to take responsibility for your health and making sure your doctor does what you want him or her to do not what he or she wants to do. That includes typos!!! mail order loves lazy doctors. 4.) however, that saying goes you get me once but don't get me again... That is what has happened. "fool me once shame on me, fool me twice shame on you." The company has put the rules in small type in their pamphlet's and they use that to back themselves and yes, that is how they make their money!!!! your not going to get your co-pay back sorry!!!!! well, i am guessing you wont but who knows??? Just know that you want a 90 d/s and if the DR.can't count!!!! Count for him 2 a day is 180 not 360 or 90 but 180!!!!!!!!! I am sorry this happened to you, it happens to lots of people and i am sick of it!
