Aetna Insurance Scammed me - Cancelled insurance without notice or cause even after I called and was told I would not be cancelled. Fresno California
I never got a cancellation notice b/c they sent it to the wrong address even though I had given my new address and was receiving the monthly bills at the correct address. I even called to make sure I was not being cancelled and was told no and since my policy met ObamaCare requirements had no reason to believe it would be cancelled. I had already paid my next months premium when I checked and saw I had NO coverage. I have not received a refund and don't expect I ever will. Don't bother filing a complaint with the BBB, they will not accept a complaint against Aetna (Aetna pays them money for a good report). Aetna is running a scam!!!! People should not be treated this way.
