Our agency was contracted with Aetna to enroll ACA plans (AKA Obama-care) We started enrolling members 11/01/2015 and had enrolled over a 1000 members by 11/10/2015. At that point we were notified that Aetna was terminating our contracts effective 12/31/2015 under their right to terminate without cause, 1 day before the members were to go effective on 01/01/2016. Now they are refusing to pay the GA commissions on those enrollments since the contract was terminated before they were effective. 

It appears to me that they now "terminated our agency without cause" to keep from paying out over $100,000 in owed commissions.
