Aetris Clean Home Comfort They charged me 72.40 for one room and then they were rude when i called to comment! THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE AS WELL AS ITS OWNER Livonia Michigan
I called Clean Home Comfort after i saw an ad for carpet cleaning 11.95 per room. I set up an appointment with a very sweet girl. She was attentive to what i said and seemed like she wanted to make this a great experience. To my surprise i was ripped off.
The man arrived at my house 3 hours late. When i called to check the status the receptionist sent me to the man in charge of the technicians. He was very short and said mama were running a little late they will be there soon. An hour and 20 minutes later he not they showed up in a car with what looked like a rug doctor.
They tried to sell me deep scrubbing and teflon that was in a spray bottle that looked like it came from the dollar store. After declining the gentlemen seemed irritaed. He didnt move any furniture nor did he clean the carpet. It looked worse when he was done. There were streaks of dirt everywhere. He then dumped the dirty water in my toilet and left it there. I was handed a bill for 75.00!!
When i called to talk to a manager the receptionist was rude. I believe her name was Jill. I asked to speak with somebody else and i got customer service. They then proceeced to tell me that a man can come fix it. Why would i want you in my home again? Im still waiting for the owner to call back and its been two weeks.
All these complaints seem to be the same thing so how is this company still in business? They steal peoples money!!
