This company is by far the most unreliable and unprofessional moving company you should never want to do business with.
They were supposed to be at my job between 8-9 am. By 10 am we called and they miss scheduled us? Their error. OK so we wait at 12:30 they have a flat tire....by 2:30-still not there....we then decided to reschedule for the next week since they could not tell us what time they would finally get to us. I had paid Overtime to 3 staff for a entire day and no move happened...OK everyone deserves a second chance. Right? Completely wrong!!! My quote says 2-3 men for 5 hours w/one hour travel. I get a man and a woman. We told the sales rep that this job included moving heavy office furniture. They send a woman? Not having 3 men delayed the job on their behalf by an additional 4 hours. They demanded an additional $940 in funds or they were not going to unload my stuff. Then you ask to speak to a manager or owner and Sophia (who if she has a GED that's giving her far too much credit) tells you "this is how it is" as she is cracking her gum in the phone. Then she uses profanity....are you surprised?? I am not. Listen to her for 2 minutes and you would not be surprised....classless is the only word to describe her.
If I were you I would never, never use anyone associated with Affordable Moves For Less...in fact, they will cost you more than your highest quote!!

if i known now that they were a horrible company they overcharge they steal your things give misinformation very very bad i hope the lose their licience what ever run out of business they were to come march 27 call that night told me the truck had broken down then call back they would not be there until the next day when they came they did not take the listed items.then they held my things hostage for over a week called and called alwya a different excuse then when they got there they a lot of my godds were stolen and the had went through the different boxes that were tape up!! my computure was gone my son xbox 360 was gone and a whole bunch of other thing i now find missing they never said they were soorry or they would find them. They charge me $675.00 extra for things already paid for, i ask to remove my things before they put other things and told me they would charge me $155.00 an hour to remove them so at that time I had no other choice but to leave then on the truck. it was not fair or right that they did what they did and then they are trying to get away with it. I wish i had went with the other company.
