This lady needs to reported to Consumer Affairs. She lies about getting you the information but I never received anything from her. She play too may games with people money. Please stay away from her.
I was stupid enough to place another order since she said she would refund the money or give me credit so I bought some AUs (Authorized Users) from her. Statement date being the 13th and 14th of the month. Today is now the 31st. Still no response from here. So i filed a dispute with my bank and now posting this so I can help anyone from getting into this mess like I did. I can not stress this enough. She simply places games and does nothing. I just want to warn anyone about her.

I have a 24-48 hour response time for responding to people.
I do not carry around a cell phone and get alerts telling me I have emails. I sit at a desk and get emails. and I cannot answer them all immediately.
This is completely wrong and unfair.
I try to answer everyone. and then when I dont write enough in the email, I get "All I get is 5 words" in an email. At least I am acknowledging that I have received it.
If you contact me or April this issue will be resolved immediately. Its that simple. I am not one to just forget about clients. I am busy, it is just that simple.

Jeanie, you responded "you should have come to me this is ridiculous" but we have ALL come to you in the only way that we can which is EMAIL but no one gets responses. So we are forced to take other routes because you simply ignore even though you say you don't. It doesn't take months to respond to a paid customers email. We have all heard the excuses(I'm human, things happen, I'm 1 person, I got behind, someone got sick.....etc) just STOP accepting new orders if you are behind. Take care of the paid customers first then accept new clients. I haven't seen results for a service from February and no results from a service from April.

I feel your pain. Excuse after excuse. You get responses right away up until you pay. After that you get these mass emails stating "I'm working on ___ today I will respond to emails tomorrow". Then you get another mass email asking you to send 1 email and she will respond. You send that 1 email and you get an auto response "I am working on ____ , emails will not get a response until a certain date" You make your purchase based on the time frame listed for that certain service.
You question her why something isn't done by that time frame and you get either 1. EXCUSES or 2. No response whatsoever. It's a waste of time trying to get a response. If your looking for a refund, you can forget it. None of her services are 30-45 days, credit repair isn't 60 days. Nothing is done EVER. The only service that is provided is CPN's nothing else is worth your hard earned money!

Honestly people just have to know the truth, month after month there's another excuse. So I'm putting out there so there's not another sucker out there. I know how AUs work for the most part. Credit repairing same situation. It's just a rip off. I filed the complaint with my credit card. Once I get my money back our business is completed. I just hope you stop scamming and stealing from customers.

I cannot believe that you wrote this..
and the repair -- I was massively backed up -- Jesus - I think people prefer me to lie to them instead of telling them the truth -- I told you what was going on - I try to make sure that I inform you and others..
