SO MANY HAVE LOST THEIR MONEYS WITH AGENT IMAGE, WHY ARE THEY STILL IN BUSINESS TAKING ADVANTAGE OF INNOCENT CONSUMERS. BE AWARE OF AGENT IMAGE. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN!!!!!!

The rebuttal by Agent Image is false. Although they pushed me to let the site 'go live' because they said it had to be done in order for them to get it up and running, it was never anywhere close to 100%, and at best was 20% complete. After many months of trying to get the home page completed, it finally did get 95% done, but only after I ended up designing almost the whole thing myself and emailing them jpg's and pdf files of what to convert to html. They flat out lied on many occasions and were downright horrible about communication. Only after I started blogging online and wrote this compliant, did someone try to help. But even after that person conceded I deserved a 100% refund and was shocked at everything I told that happened, they could only offer a 50% refund with no explanation other than 'take it or leave it', so I took it.

Mr. Wade contracted our company to create a real estate website for him. The website was 100% completed and launched.
After his site was launched, Mr. Wade expressed his concerns online (similar to the comments in this report) and one of our employees contacted Mr. Wade about his comments. Mr. Wade was kind enough to speak with our employee in great depth about the issues he was experiencing. Mr. Wade stated he no longer wished to keep his website and wanted to part ways. Mr. Wade asked for a full refund; however, because his website was already completed and launched, we offered Mr. Wade a refund of half of his payment. Mr. Wade accepted this resolution and received the refund check today in the mail.
Mr. Wade is also welcome to his homepage file if he would like it. We are sorry that Mr. Wade had this experience with us and are always striving to improve our products and services.
