Agent Travel Network - Teleflex - Florida Passport ripoff fraudulent billing SCAM DISHONEST COMPANY St Petersburg Florida
Same story, got the call in october, they already had my information - they told me I would get a free vacation by signing up and all I had to do was receive the package- they tried to sell me the long distance - but i said no! BTW- they called my cell phone, which i think is illegal, and i repeatedly told them i don't need long distance i have a national cell plan!!! Received the package called the number and cancelled - it was an automated line ( which I recorded-because i was suspicious)
I do a lot of traveling so for the next 6months I was away and didn't notice-they had been pulling funds(3 diff companies) from me for the last 7 months. My bank noticed and notified me and I again called and cancelled-but the other 2 companies were still pulling funds, i noticed they were still pulling funds and I called and told them they needed to stop! they played a recording stating I agreed to the teleflex charges..which I know I didn't, because i don't and have never needed such a service. The tape they played me back was edited, (riminal activity)
I luckily recorded this for evidence. The guy- hung up on me. I notified authorities in PA. and FL. filed 5 reports! 1 w/BBB, 1 w/FTC, and the CPP, then with police in 2 states! And changed my account. I am speaking with a reporter for a network at this time.
They ripped me off for close to $800, enough for me to press charges, which is what i am doing.
