AHIS P.O. box 260098 Miami FL 33126-9807 American Heritage Insurance Services Deceptive Business Practice. My pimary Insurance carrier Covered my legitmate totl loss not at fualt auto claim. Gap stalled each stepm of the procees for 120 Day destorying my credit score. and not paying mre for the residual refund for my Extended auto warranty of which 41 months werenot used. Miami Florida
To Whom cocern: I have sent the follwing document requested to properly close out my auto claim with Nationwide Affinity auto insurance Co.
3 entities were notified, and provided the documentation that they requested from me!
* Nationwide provided me a settlement letter, and Power Of Attorney Formwhich was sent to AmericanHeritage AHIS Gap insurance carrier who covers the negative debtminus depreciattion which was calculated and paid by Natiowide with the automobile deductable!
* The Dealership was contacted, and the sale manager forward the appropriate document to the lender M&T Bankof Maryland.
*Gap had been called to open that stage of the process at this time!
However, the process in which each entity processes these materials moves at a snails pace!
Hence I have been reported to all three Credit Bureau's for the negative balnce tha tmy Gap Insurance is contacted to provide. Shifting thier financial obigation on me. My payment history was never behind for any of the vehicles financed to my through the dealership. And , my new purchase started at a zero balance becuase they new I carried the coverage...
The Settlement came fro Nation wide on Augasut 29th, The new vehicle purchase was on September 2nd 2016, the dealership never would have qualified me for the new purchase hadmy payment history with M&T at that time was delienquent. In any eventmy credit score went fro 720 to the 500's.
I did not take the care to keep my history the way I have to let and unregulate company outside my State destroy what i have work so hard to presetrve. I have filed desputes with all three agencies And will not pay the cliam with my own resources. Gap enjoyed on time priemium payment for 36 months from me, they still owe 41 month rweisdual refund to me for my unused portion of the extened warrany that was purchase when I bought the vehicle..;.
