AIM used auto parts Did not ship order as promised. Did not ship order until I told them not to ship but simply give me money back. Gibsonton, Florida
On 12-10-12 a used engine was ordered and paid for. A promised delivery date of 12-13 or 12-14 was given. Received confirmation/receipt the same day. A link for checking the status of that order was included. Checking the status of the order did not change so on the 13th a call was made to AIMuap. Bryan, manager, said the engine is on the dock waiting pick-up. He assured me the engine would be delivered to me no later than Monday the 17th. The engine was not delivered the 17th,18th,19th or the 20th. On the 21st I called and spoke with a different person. I told them not to ship the engine that I had lost confidence in them and if I could not trust them I could not trust their products.
On 12-17 AIMuap's shipping department called and I told them not to ship the engine because I did not trust them or their parts.
On or about the 27th a call came from a trucking company wanting to deliver an engine from AIMuap. I told them there was no need to set up an appointment for delivery because AIMuap had been instructed not to ship and I would not accept delivery from a company that had lied to me numerous times.
