Complaint Review: AIMCO - Versailles On The Lake Fort Wayne Indiana - ANGIE Manager - Fort Wayne Indiana

Hi.

I just went to Angie's office at Versailles on the Lake to renew my contract and she said I could not renew my contract.

The reasons she gave were very slanderous against me and my family and were all lies.

I know this is not her first complaint, and definitely not her second or last.

However, I believe many are afraid as to what she will do (I can name names).

I am thinking about filing a lawsuit against Aimco. I know that filing a lawsuit actually does not cost more than $250 (local) and I would represent myself, while Aimco would have to hire an expensive attorney. If I find representing myself is not good enough, I will hire a lawyer I have hired before, who is the best here in Fort Wayne. Costs $150 an hour and I have hired him before.

I am serious about this. She needs to be fired and I will not stop with filing BBB or complaints on the www.badbusinessbureau.com until something is done. She has been able to get away with so much grievious actions in the past, I believe it is in the best interests of all those who live here for her to be gone. And I can prove this.

HERE IS WHAT SHE SAID THAT WAS SLANDEROUS:

First, she said I had my place of business was here, and that is not actually the case. My business is in Kokomo, Indiana, not here. Also, I do not ship anything from here. I ship everything from Michigan. So, just because I own a business, does not mean my business is at this residence.

Second, she claimed that had problems with other tenants. The only tenant was the one downstairs for noise and she complained about the previous tenant also. She has been here for 20 years and has complained about the people above her for a long time with all of them.

Third, she claims I had some domestic problems. The problem is most of any problem I have had is actually partially because of Angie. Angie is the one who made up a lie that my son was wandering around often at 2 years old, which was a lie and actually told others. So, she makes up rumors and spreads them about tenants and it effects the lives and families of people here.

She may pretend that her actions are innocent, but everyone here knows that is not the case and I am sure I am not the only one who has had family problems BECAUSE of Angie and her telling rumors that are exaggerated or not true.

So, Angie has taken every minute thing and blew it out of proportion and then slandered me in her office.

I would like the record clear about this. I am filing a BBB report, and this here at www.badbusinessbureau.com, along with any other website I can find on report bad business.

OTHER RESIDENTS:

I only know about 5 residents here. Out of those five, 3 of them have called residence relations about Angie.

There are around(give or take) 170 people who live here at Versailles on the Lake. I am not sure how many of them represent apartments, but I can imagine just how many reports and things that have been called in about Angie.

I can name some right now, however, I would ask their permission first. One broke her toe on a round block that was on the premises put there by Versailles on the Lake. She did not get any apology or anything. My friend called resident relations about this and then when Angie got word of it, she 'pretended' to be nice and called up my friend and THEN apologized. She did not offer any help or no apology prior to that. It took a call to resident relations to get her to apologize and remove the block.

I have another friend who had his whole apartment flooded, items all ruined. No offer to pay for the damage, no apologizes, even told the guy to go get an apartment 'elsewhere'. Totally mean, pretending to be nice, or as I call it 'white collar' conduct.

Every person (literally) I have ever talked to about her has only said bad things. Literally. I am the only person I know of here, who has ever defended her. Now, I am thinking that was not a good idea to have defended her.

I fully understand a great deal about business and know how businesses are structured and am well aware of how the legal system works. I want to make it clear, I will not put this to rest until something is done about Angie. For the better of everyone, she needs to go. I will be posting on multiple websites about her conduct and hopefully, something will be done about her.
