This is the worst customer service I have ever had. First, they send me a Windows file instead of a Mac file to download the premium version of iMusic that I paid for. 24 hours later, they respond, asking what the problem is, that they don't understand. I tell them again, but their website keeps giving me errors when I try to submit my comments. After some more back & forth, they send me another URL and registration code, but the code doesn't work. Then they ask, twice, for a screen shot of my registration. They respond by email once a day, and not at all through Twitter or Facebook. I believe this company is practicing fraudulently.
