Air Free Tires A non responsive company Internet
I ordered two bicycle tires from Air free tires on Sept. 18, 2011. My Mastercard was charged the exact amount two days later. Air free's disclaimer page said that (1) they will reply to any message within 24 hours, (2) any order not filled within 90 days will either be cancelled or the money refunded and (3) that credit cards will be charged at the time the order is placed. This is FRAUD on their part because they have not lived up to their end of the bargain, getting either my tires to me or refunding my money. I have left eight emails to their site and a voice mail, which was placed on 12/12/2011.I sent another email yesterday, 12/28/2011 telling them to contact me within 24 hours, as they say they will do, or I will pursure other matters. I am ready to fill a criminal complaint against them. The MasterCard was charged by a Gayles Bicycle. If a class action is in process, I will gladly join in it, as this company has had no regard for me as a customer.
