Air Genie Refrigeration high pressure sales, enticed by morning talk show and preventive cleaning special lehigh acres, Florida
We only wanted the basic maintainance plan but got instead a high pressure sales pitch to replace our unit. We were given 3 options that ranged from repairs to replacement. The salesman wanted us to make a decision in a few minutes and seemed annoyed when we told him that we would have to think about it. Our system is working fine without repairs or replacement. The options ranged from a few thousand dollars to close to $10,000. We would not refer friends or neighbors to this company.
