Air Ground Xpress Wrongfully Accused Clinton Pennsylvania
Lets start from the phone call from John Tomassilli who called my home to accuse me or wrecking their truck. Which I did not. When I arrived at the office it became 5 to 1 odds. Which I'm sure they needed. The wrecked truck was a three inch scratch which was missed on the pre-trip due to the fact that they failed to provide the proper tools necessary to perform the pre-trip and that would be LIGHT for the dark of night in order to see.
I asked them to call the leasing company to verify that the damage was present when the truck was rented and they refused.
I then on my own called the leasing company and they verified that the damage was present when the truck was rented. When the leasing company called AGX they told them not to release the information to me as they were going to fax me the report . Now who is covering their A-- ? When confronted with the information as they had terminated me for a three inch scratch I didn't do they then began to cover their tracks with lies.
Did they have the balls to call me and apologize? NO
Did they re-instate me when they found out they were in error? NO Would they give me an appointment to speak with Phil ? No Did they then start to change the reason for my discharge? You bet!!!!! (And change it...and change it... and change it...)
Rick did when I called apologize on behave of the company. He also offered a good reference but they should since I was not at fault. Big deal that doesn't put food on the table.
The five liars it took to cost my job while expecting my first child are listed below:

Basically they falsely accused before getting their facts straight and instead of an apology and re-instating me they chose the spinless cowards way out. CYA, LIE, CYA, LIE.
