I call them for repair on one of my air condition. They came promptly and as promised and rapidly fix my A/C. In fact they fixed my A/C so fast that it took the technician almost as long to write up the invoice for $173 for re attach a thermostat wire and replace a transformer fuse. I feel that $173 is exorbitant for how little they replaced and how quickly they fixed my A/C.
I recommend caution when dealing with them. It may be only one technician that is problem.
