There is a company that works for you named Air Serv. They have really bad customer service. There was over 50 people called into orientation last Tuesday and then over 100 came to training on Thursday.

On Tuesday the process took about 4 hours, We stayed at the Double Tree hotel for 2 hours and then at the Aiport for another two hours to have out fingerprints scanned. At the Airport, the whole group had to wonder off and find the Air Serv office. No one from Air Serv was there to show up. We had to wander around the Hartsfield Airport all over the North and South Terminals.

We finally found the office and the wait was two hours. Then on Thursday the training lasted from 9:00-3:30. At the end of the session, the guy called names of the ones who fingerprints came back. There were over 80 called. There was another man who said that the rest would get a phone call by Monday. I called on Monday was kept getting brushed off. The person who answered the phone always said that they were not there or "just be patient, someone would call". It is now Friday and I am getting the same news.

The person who answers the phone says that no one is there, call back on Monday. I called at about 1:00pm. We are suppose to get paid for those two days. But now Air Serv is trying to avoid paying. It doesn't matter if they cahnge their mind about hiring everyone. The point is I wasted 10 hours in all with this company's false promises and their ways of avoiding payment. There is also a blond woman whose from Chicago who represents the company with a very nasty attitude as well!
