Air & Water Poor customer service ripoff Fountain Valley California
We purchased a $1,000 air cooler from this company. It was damaged when it arrived. The company referred us to the manufacturer and the manufacturer referred us to the distributor (Air and Water).
Neither company accepts responsibility for the warranty. There is a 7 day limit to their damage return policy, so delays on their part are to their advantage.
We will call American Express and stop payment until this issue is resolved.
