Aircraft Spruce and Specialty Will Call front desk clerk ( Big guy behind desk) Unauthorized cc charge Failure to refund after error Creddited my account on a 3 day return. Not my card after telling me he did. Bad attitude not his problem. Corona California
Purchased some parts for my aircraft. Discovered more work required. Aircraft requires recover instead of repair. Returned items for repair. Advised big guy behind counter creddit my card, minus creddit applied for parts bought that day to begin recover. He asked for my card. I told him do not charge my card. Dude did...Caused me 125.00 in overdraft fees. Plus the 78 bucks.Discovered he charged my card . Went back in big guy had a major attitude. Fed me a line of crap that he fixed it. Promised me! 3 weeks now no charge back to my creddit card. Called yesterday..told oh notes say customer wants money on account not back on card. Says who!!! I never authorized the card to be charged in the first place.. or the money to be left on there account...So they can collect intrest....BS....Spruce..you have gotten way to big for your britches...Flo and Jim would have none of this Nonsense!! This will be repeated untill fixed every week..Wicks is my new shop of choice..Disapointed to say the least!
