It must be difficult to differentiate between a consumer reporting website and a disgruntled employee forum. If you are a consumer, read no further as this rebuttal applies to the latter. Anybody seeking employment with the company must sign the same pay agreement as has been used since we started employing people outside of the family. As with many sales jobs, an individial is paid commission, however, there is also a built in guarentee. The pay agreement specificially states "You must still be working here to receive a draw..." (Or, guarentee, or, as you state, a "salary draw.") "IT IS A LOAN AGAINST FUTURE COMMISIONS." After a person chooses to terminate their employement, a check for earned commision is sent to them in the mail. If there was no commission, then there is no check to be sent. All documentation from current and former employees is on file and sales results are logged along with the original caller's name for all intensive purposes. Checks in the denomination of $20 have been mailed at times, and though this may seem insignificant to some, what is earned is paid. In the same regard, what is not earned cannot be paid. If there was a sale or even an estimate conducted that a homeowner turend down, I would have gladly sent you a check. It is too bad that they did not as all things are done with the best of intentions. Best Wishes to You and Your Future.
