Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

I have used 3 of the rootworkers on this site and none of them worked. I am so sick of being promised amazing results, luck and love and yet all i get is disappointments. Having been a spiritual person, I realised that doing spells and going to these people is so bad for me mentally, as I am paying these fraudsters who do nothing to make miracles happen, yet there is only one power and that is God. If you can't have what you desire, maybe it's for the best in the future...it is all in YOUR mind, not in the hands of these scumbags that take your money.

Consumer Suggestion: How to seek out a case resolution after working with a member of AIRR

#2Consumer Suggestion

Sat, December 07, 2013

To whom it may concern,

I am the ombudsman of the Association of Independent Readers and Rootworkers (AIRR). I would like RipOff reports to note that our organization does have a complaint mediation procedure and unsatisfied clients can appeal to the ombudsman for mediation on cases where they feel they have been taken advantage of or misled.

The guideline for filing a complaint may be found here:http://readersandrootworkers.org/wiki/Request_for_Mediation_Form

Clients who have sought mediation in the past have experienced cases resolved in their favor, often with a refund, and better relationships with their spiritual worker. It is an unfortunate truth that many in the so-called spiritual services industry do have dubious business practices and take advantage of naive and gullible clients. This is why AIRR and it's members participate in vigorous client education-including the use of standard "no guarantee" clauses and fair pricing. It is also why all members of our organization are held accountable to a code of ethics and standards of conduct found here:

http://readersandrootworkers.org/wiki/Code_of_Ethics

If a client feels that their experience with a member of AIRR has been in violation of the code of conduct or the code of ethics they may use the first link to file a complaint and I am happy to mediate on their behalf.
