Similar thing happened to me. Roger said I had to pay with a check over the phone. While I was on vacation, he thought it would be ok to continue taking money from my account, $4000.00 to be exact (my school tuition). He played the stalling game great. Fake fed ex numbers, fake transactions and bad checks. Over the last few months, I spoke with him over fifty times and each time he had a new excuse for not having the money.
