A refund was issued however, threatening phone calls and derogatory name calling have not ceased. We have received two more calls from people associated with aknaf; none of the language used can be repeated here. This is the most unprofessional outlet I have dealt with my entire business career.

I've got to say, as a consumer, I will be sure never to purchase software from Aknaf. The immaturity present in the "employee" posts only validates the original poster's comments. This is not the forum for such childish representation of a supposedly professional company of any sort.
And by the way, if you decide in the future to retort on public forums such as these, you might want to consider running your text through a spell-checker first...

Well again when we asked for an invoice number from this fake reviewer she did not offer one, when we asked for a police report from this fake reviewer she did not offer one. The fact is this is not a customer of ours, we do not have any customers in Sedona Arizona, We do not have any customers named sarah in the whole state or arizona, When we offered her a full refund she did not present an invoice number. This is a fake review from a malicious person with psychotic tendencies it is a complete shame that Rip off report allows for anonymous reviews when we know they are complete lies.
Please Ms. Sarah please please please get in touch with the authorities because they may have to take you to a mental hospital immediately because you obviously need help before your hurt yourself or others. Final word is your a manic depressive pathological liar and its a shame you do not seek medical attention before making a life altering decision.

All said literature, reports, and evidence of harassment has been forwarded to the appropriate parties. I am using ripoff report as an avenue to warn the general public about potential harrassing phone calls and messages they may receive if they get on the owner's bad side. Believe me, asking for a refund for useless software is the best way to do it. I have filed reports with the police and the FBI and am more than happy to field any questions anyone may have about these people. I have physical proof of the derogatory voice mail and written messages at my disposal; ready to use should this case wind up in court.
I am finished with this forum as I believe I have made it quite clear what a shady operation AKNAF software is. Read other reviews and read the BBB site. If you purchase, do so at your own peril, do not expect any help troubleshooting problems, and plan to wave goodbye to your hard earned money.
Again, I am willing to answer any questions you may have pertaining to AKNAF software. Thank you.

This report is a complete joke, This is not a customer of ours because we do not have any customers in Sedona Arizona, We do not have any customers with the name Sarah in the whole state of Arizona. If you are a customer please give us your invoice number and we will refund you 100% of your money today. If you did call the police please forward a police report number and the officer or dectectives phone number and we will answer any complaints to the police today. No one from our office called you EVER.
This is an appartment smear by an ill advised person about this company. It wont work, because Aknaf Software has over 5000 customers around the world that use our software every day to run their business because we have quality programs that work and support systems in place that insure all of our customers programs work properly.
All of our programs are free to try and therefore all of our customers can try before they buy.
This complaint by this individual well be reported to the FBI as internet harassment. We have already requested ip address and mac address information on this complaintant and will prosecute to the full extent of the law.

This rebuttal is nothing more than a pitch to sell AKNAF software. Anyone with an internet connection can go to their website and find a toll free number for these people. Once again, the number is not the problem, it is the rudeness I incur every single time I had to call them. Couple that with harrassing phone calls outside of the normal tech support calls I have made. I am a fully fledged customer. As much as I wish I weren't, the owner has my money that was paid for shabbily written software and does not intend to give it back.
The level of unprofessionalism is outrageous. I am simply warning the public about what can happen to them if they decide to buy software from aknaf. Read other complaints and read the BBB reports and it is clear I am not the only person who has had similar issues.

This report is a fake report, not from one of our customers. We do not have a customer in Sedona Arizona. All of our customers can reach us at our toll free number which is 1-888-785-0882 and get support and well as sales information. Kal and Steve are two different employees at our company.
