I AGREE!!! The management at the mohawk casino is HOPEFUL, at best. it is common for employees to WRITE-UP, Fellow Employees. But, contrary to N.Y. state law, & the constitution of the United States of america, YOU as "The accused" Are NOT, Allowed to meet Your accusers. But, even if You know of Such things as The Mis-Management of funds, "CONFLICTS of Interest", Or just poor Leadership. YOU, had better keep your mouth shut!!!
Example: Non-Native Employee's Dump 40 gallons or more of eythel-Glycol into the Drains. WHO CARES?? It's "The Reservation". More than once I've heard the Chiefs Tout about "The Seven Generations". SO, What!!! What about the 7 generations of fish killed??? What about the Families "DOWN RIVER" who supplement thier incomes By commerical netting?? 7 generations of STARVATION??? YAY!!! Give Us another reason the become reliant on The U.S. Gov't.
When OSHA was called In To investigate Dangerous Work Conditions, The Tribe Screaned "Tribal Soveriegnty". What about The Maintenance Worker that Fell & bashed his Head, working WITH-OUT A SPOTTER???
Who Hooked Up The Main Power after the Water line Was INSTALLED??? A Certified Electrican??? NOOOO, He was Home with his Managed Family!! Who dug up the Phone-Line?? a Certified Equipment Operator??? NOOOOOO How does The Facilities Directors Construction Co.
Get The SNOW-REMAVAL CONTRACT?? OR The Water-Line Contract?? According To The U.S. CODE, This Is Called "CONFLICT OF INTEREST". Check it Out!!! Running Deer Construction, Owner: Wallace Abe Ransom Facilities Director: Wallace Abe Ransom.
Boy, talk about taking Care of Your Employees. Supposedly, this is a Case For The F.B.I. to Investigate. ( Casino, State Approval, U.S. Code ) Or maybe the Burned Record's ?? ONG!!! What about Them, The playing Card Incinerator must not have worked well enuff, if the records were a Trail Run. Now, where are the Employees that report these things ???? They are NOW EX-Employee's. How Much money is WASTED Fighting OSHA ??

ask why good employees gets fired??? (hard working, dedicated) while Ransom has never ever worked a 40 hour week. Does the G.M. know? yes but she never said anything to him. ask how housekepping manager keeps her job?????
