In late March, 2010 I gave Jorge Kabande of Alamo Brokers $4,000 check as a good faith deposit for a small business store that me and my wife were interested in buying.
I gave him the check on a Friday evening by Monday morning I called him telling him that me and my wife had thought about it over the weekend and that we did not want to proceed with the purchase so I requested the deposit money back from him.
From that time on it has been one excuse after another, that his accountant was out of town, another time his son got sick and had to take him to the Hospital, that it was pouring and everything was flooded, so far he has just reimbursed me $1,000
I found out about ripoffreport after I had given him the money... and it looks like he uses the same excuses for his other victims.
I think something must be done to stop this type of individuals to continue stealing, lying and cheating money from people.
