Just like it says. Always, always, ALWAYS take photos of the car when you return it(and before you turn over the keys), so that any damage claims they make against you will have to match the photos YOU took of THEIR car on THEIR lot. That way, if they claim you damaged a headlight, you can point to their employee standing next to an undamaged headlight right after you turned over the keys(ergo, the employee did it.) Just some advice I got on a radio show that I thought would help.
