Company owner. Company repeatedly delayed project and continually made promises but never delivered. I requested my large deposit of $5750. Company agreed to give money back but has not delivered. Company started initially that they could get to my basement remodel quickly. After a month and a half did not. Stated they had issues with level of detail requested by the permit office but they only turned in a perimeter drawing of my basement. Stated issues with my permit office's fax but permit office stared they had no issues. Company finally brought a sub contractor in to start framing before permit was completed (it never has been). Company told me that they use their own crews before I gave the deposit. Sub did one days work. Sub was not licensed as they stated to me in email before I gave my deposit. Sub was not insured either. Sub was told by John Floyd to stud every 24" when John told me 16". I spoke to the sub contractor and they stated they were having a hard time getting their money from the company.
