Albertson's management thinks about themselves for their own financial gain to have their electronic cash registers scanning each item at higher prices than shown on the shelves or price stickers on each item themselves and offer discounts shown on the receipt. You leave the store paying for the same items for the regular price. This was their big store close out sale 5-50% off. All their store follow this same customer mind trick tactic without us paying careful attention. They may tell you each item was already price. This begged the question. In a mathematical perpective, if the company is going out of business, why spend the extra money and man hours replacing all individual price stickers? Avoid cloudy thoughts when facing price manipulation.
