Awful is an understatement! To make a very long story short..... He placed a metal cover on the album and put the wrong color leather on it. He refused to fix it to me and to the BBB. I filed a claim with American Express and ONLY then did he ask me to ship it back to be fixed. However, he had other plans in mind.
He "admittingly" got me to ship it back to him and held it hostage. Yes, that's right folks...he admitted to holding it hostage until I made payment in way of a cashier's check. After, several conversations of me explaining that I will take him to court and explaining I am not paying until I see it was fixed. He shipped it to me and I agreed to send payment once I received it.
WELL, the metal cover arrived scratched. He scratched the cover when he was replacing the leather. He refused to admit he scratched it even though I sent him pictures. I explained this was not right and he tried to get me to send it back - YEAH RIGHT! I told him this album will never leave my hands after your last stunt. I agreed to still pay him but felt it needed to be discounted. He was rude and threatened to take ME to court. The audacity.
I would HIGHLY recommend NOT doing business with this company. They only deal with photographers so photographers out there if you care about your clients I would choose any other company but this one. Gordon is a nightmare to deal with and they do terrible work and you see how they treat people.
