Alex Quazi Real Estate Tutor SCAMMER!!!! Toronto Ontario Canada
I contacted Alex a few months ago about tutoring for the real estate course. He told me to come by his Don Mills office. There he proceeded to tell me how 100% of his students pass with his help anf that he is available 6 days a week, from 9am-8pm. He then starts to use scare tactics about other tutors in the area "that just give notes and are no where to be found afterwards". A few names are mentioned and then he says I don't like to bad mouth people. I ask him course fees and he said $500 per course which equals to $1500. I told him that this was really over my budget and then he said if I paid cash and on the spot he would go down to $1100. I agreed and went to the ATM to withdraw the funds.
He gave me a bunch of notes and told me bring the book the whenever free for him to highlight. The Course 1 book was given to him the following day and took almost a week for him to hight the book. At first he did tutor me 2 times and then he said if any questions to call him. Due to my lack of english I had some difficulty still with some course material. I tried to call Alex but each time going to voice mail. Leaving over 15 mesasages throughout 4 days he finally calls me back. He told me not to call him so many times and that he is really busy.
I explained to him that I still did not understand some of the course. He told me that everything was either highlighted or in the notes. I asked him to please tutor me and he refused telling me that he already tutored me and to read the notes. I was so pissed off and asked for my money back. He said "Sorry, but no refunds" and hung up. Till this day I have been trying to call him and he never picks up my phone or returns my msgs. I have been to his office looking for him but the front reception always conviniently says he is not here. A fore warning to anyone who is thinking about seeing this man, Please STAY AWAY. He will take your money and leave you hanging. Alex Quazi is a real jerk and a con artist. BECAREFUL of this wicked man.

We are not your competitors, Alex Quazi, we are your TARGETS. We are your VICTIMS. We are the people you stole from. You use stolen money to pay for your house at 96 Denton Ave, Scarborough, ON. You use stolen money to pay for your Audi, your Ferrari, and your Lexus. You deserve to be in prison. We have no horse in this race, we would not be warning other people to stay away from you if you were not a liar and a thief.

Alex Quazi, we are not your competitors. We are not slandering you (has to be false to be slander), and we are not malicious. We are reporting you to this website because you are a thief, Alex Quazi. You are a liar, Alex Quazi. You are a con artist, Alex Quazi. Have you forgotten that you stole our money through your frauds? Because we haven't.
Avoid this man like the plague. He is nothing but a quasi-illiterate common criminal. And by the way, Alex, the money that you stole, which you were stupid enough to give me receipts for, has been reported to the CRA. We know dang well you don't pay your taxes, so maybe an audit will encourage you to start.

Why some competitor tries to make other company very bad. I would say Alex Quazi is himself is the victim of this competitor scam. If you cannot make good money or you do not have good reputation than DO NOT try to make others bad. I have more people that they said all the time Mr. Quazi from Real Estate Exams Group did the great job for them as a Realtor as well as the Real Estate Tutor and that is 100% true, I personally believe that. I just want to say very basic thing to all... That Think yourself do not go by Competitors messages... They try to pass false messages into the market. So people scared and don’t go with good company/person. Bottom line... Think, Experience and that make Decision not by comments or false reports that have been posted by bad competitors.
