Wow!!! I thought that we were the only ones that experienced the ALFARO'S TV REPAIR SCAM!!! They came out to our home for a similar problem. They must use USED and/or substandard parts in order to scam you into them coming back and then they tell you that it is another problem other than what the original problem was.
They intentionally do not carry the parts on their trucks the SECOND time they come out for a reason! They want to take your tv and hold it RANSOM telling you that the problem was something else. This way they DO NOT HAVE TO HOLD UP TO THEIR END OF THE BARGAIN , AND WARRANTY THE PART THAT WASNT GOOD TO BEGIN WITH! Then they SCAM you for MORE money!! It cost us close to $600 with these SCAM ARTISTS!! AND by the way, they did not hold up to the warranty they promised.just like in your case.
What kind of repair services come out on a service call with NO PARTS ON THEIR TRUCKS?? Ludicrous!! FYI - Ebay sells the lamps for Samsung for $75 or less. They also sell the ballasts for $45 and up!
WE ARE IN THE PROCESS OF TURNING THEM INTO THE ATTORNEY GENERAL and also the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU!!!!! At some point the SCAMS need to stop! Definately NOT a REPUTABLE company! May be a "fly by night" or something!
BEWARETHESE SCAM ARTISTS AT ALL COSTS - LITERALLY...........
