This place is a JOKE! On July 25, 2016, I dropped off my car at 7am in the morning, came back at 5pm and they still COULDN'T COMPLETE the service. They charged $125 for battery diagnosis and then told me later on that they couldn't replace my battery. They could have simply checked the odometer to determine if I qualify for a replacement without performing the diagnosis! What a SHADY business Alhambra Nissan is. Jenee Gonzales, Brian Barnes, Tasha Andres and John Barrett do not understand customer service and they only care about making profit. They told me to contact Nissan USA to file complaint and get reimbursement from them... TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I will never go back to Alhambra Nissan to service my car and/or purchase used/new car(s). I will service my car at ROSS NISSAN OF EL MONTE from now on!
