Alisha Purdy "guaranteed" that her Tiffany jewelry was "authentic" and I believed her. I bought a Tiffany set (necklace and bracelet) on September 1, 2004 on Ebay for $202. After I received the jewelry i noticed that the "set" was not identical. The silver chains were different color and styles on the necklace and bracelet. It was clearly not the real thing.
Alisha apologized and I FedEx'd the jewelry back to the address she gave me for a refund. I'm glad I FedEx'd it becuase I know that she received it at her parent's address (William and Kelly Sattler at 11 Center St. in Jeffersonville, NY 12748 phone:845-482-4290). Her mother owns an Ice Cream Shop in town called Kelly's Kones (2 Center St. phone:845-482-4095).
After further snooping on the internet I found Alisha's home number to be 845-482-9064 the cell she gives to everybody is 845-866-5907 and does not take voice mail- not very helpful when it comes to customer service!)
I've left numerous voicemails with her family and on Alisha's email and she either ignores me or tells me about how she is a poor college student (SO AM I!!! and I'm not robbing anybody to make ends meet). I'm a nice person, probably too nice- a push over if you will. But It is now March 21 and I am still waiting for my refund!!!

Alisha STILL has NOT finished the remaining payment for my refund. In 2 weeks it will be 1 year from the time I bought the fake jewelry AND I am still trying to get my money back!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is ridiculous...

Hi it is Texino and to me it is obvious that were it not for the use of Kelly's Kones as a name for the icecream shop this trouble would never have happened. If you will check out the files pertaining to this sort of issue you always find someone close to the person at fault has some sort of shop with a goofy name. Like "Kelly's Klips" or Krazy Kuts. It is this sort of spelling and set up that drives people mad and it must be stopped!

True, I did mess up on a few orders this winter due to some personal problems; but I NEVER meant to do any of this and I am doing everything I can to make it right. I was with ebay for a very long time and had GREAT feedback, I never would have risked messing all that up over a few hundered bucks intentionally. I HONESTLY have every intention (and always have) of correcting this problem. I am very sorry that it has come to this, really I am. If I was intentionally doing this, I would NEVER post my numbers and name and address and parents info online. This was an honest mistake and I admit that I got in over my head. I can not say how sorry I am for all of this and hopefully we can all walk away from this without any hard feelings.

Hey! That's those people were on TLC's Town Haul recently. They remodeled Kelly's Kones. I don't remember which daughter is Alisha, but she should be ashamed.
