all american direct ripped off our money greenwod village, Colorado
Had All american direct and no longer needed. Bill had arrived end of May with due date of 5 July and paid the beginning of June. Once we found we no longer needed the service, contacted all american direct to cancel mid June. They stated it would be a $25 cancellation fee. I stated bill wan't even due yet and was told it did not matter. So I asked then, if they were going to take the $25 from the $85 refund and they stated they do not refund.
